This PR adds a new FAQ section, a "smart" download that'll automagically download the right version of Suyu for the user based on their user-agent, and I also removed all mentions of our old GitLab to remove confusion. I'll make the "smart-download" automatically link to here once a Suyu build is released (so I can gather API information) :)
