The old 1-indexed format:
	"1" 	"Z:\\home\\ivyl\\.local\\share\\Steam"

Changes to new 0-indexed one:
	"0"
	{
		"path"		"Z:\\home\\ivyl\\.local\\share\\Steam"
	}

that is used by Steam on Windows.
