Previously passing a NULL or zero length password into either
mbedtls_pkcs12_pbe() or mbedtls_pkcs12_derive() could cause an infinate
loop, and it was also possible to pass a NULL password, with a non-zero
length, which would cause memory corruption.
I have fixed these errors, and improved the documentation to reflect the
changes and further explain what is expected of the inputs.

byte shifting opertations throughout library/ were only replaced with
the byte reading macros when an 0xff mask was being used.
The byte reading macros are now more widley used, however they have not
been used in all cases of a byte shift operation, as it detracted from
the immediate readability or otherwise did not seem appropriate.

As a result, the copyright of contributors other than Arm is now
acknowledged, and the years of publishing are no longer tracked in the
source files.
Also remove the now-redundant lines declaring that the files are part of
MbedTLS.

including "mbedtls/config.h" (or the alternative MBEDTLS_CONFIG_FILE)
and other things that are used throughout the library.

This commit removes all the static occurrencies of the function
mbedtls_zeroize() in each of the individual .c modules. Instead the
function has been moved to utils.h that is included in each of the
modules.
Note from future self: actually md_init_ctx will be re-introduced with the
same signature later, and a new function with the additional argument will be
added.
The 3-key and 2-key Triple DES PBE functions have been replaced with a
single pkcs12_pbe() function that handles both situations (and more).
In addition this allows for some PASSWORD_MISMATCH checking
(cherry picked from commit 14a222cef2699bd3da884662f7e56e097a12b1a0)
PKCS#8 encrypted key file support has been added to x509parse_key() with
support for some PCKS#12 PBE functions (pbeWithSHAAnd128BitRC4,
pbeWithSHAAnd3-KeyTripleDES-CBC and pbeWithSHAAnd2-KeyTripleDES-CBC)
