ssl-opt.sh now takes care of looking at the files in the
opt-testcases subdirectory, so use ssl-opt.sh directly
in walk_ssl_opt_sh().

* Use the newly added ssl-opt.sh -l option to list all the tests
cases and their used parameters instead of having to parse the
file to discover them. This avoids having to add further parsing
complexity in the future as discussed in

value

Test case description is printed by different block of code. This
causes code maintenance harder since we need to maintain two parts
of code with same functionality. print_test_title is used to
control test case description in compat.sh

Test case description in compat.sh is in format of
[ogm]->[ogm] TLSmode, VERIFY CIPHERSUITE_NAME
This program calls compat.sh to list all potential test case
descriptions then checks test case duplication.

As a result, the copyright of contributors other than Arm is now
acknowledged, and the years of publishing are no longer tracked in the
source files.
Also remove the now-redundant lines declaring that the files are part of
MbedTLS.

With previous refactorings, some functions are now solely meant to be
called from other functions in a particular class. Move them into this
class.

Make the structure more Pythonic: use classes for abstraction and
refinement, rather than higher-order functions.
Convert walk(function, state, data) into instance.walk(data) where
instance has a method that implements function and state is a field of
instance.
No behavior change.

Parametrize the code that iterates over test case descriptions by the
function to apply on each description.
