2cd751465c Use MD, not low-level SHA1, in X.509
X.509 already depends on MD_C || USE_PSA_CRYPTO, and this is for the
!USE_PSA_CRYPTO branch, so we're free to use MD.

This change supports our ability to use MBEDTLS_MD_CAN_xxx macros
everywhere in the future, once they have been introduced.

76b753bbb7 Change the dependencies in pem.c to xxx_BASED_ON_USE_PSA and related files
This is done to be able to bild test_psa_crypto_config_accel_hash component where MD5 is only available accelerated (PSA_WANT_ALG_MD5 is enabled and MBEDTLS_MD5_C is disabled) but MBEDTLS_USE_PSA_CRYPTO is disabled.
So the build should not attempt to enable pem_pbkdf1.

abac037a7b Migrate from old inline to new actual function.
This is mostly:

    sed -i 's/mbedtls_psa_translate_md/mbedtls_hash_info_psa_from_md/' \
    library/*.c tests/suites/*.function

This should be good for code size as the old inline function was used
from 10 translation units inside the library, so we have 10 copies at
least.

fbeb692dd0 Use byte reading macros in places not using a byte mask
byte shifting opertations throughout library/ were only replaced with
the byte reading macros when an 0xff mask was being used.
The byte reading macros are now more widley used, however they have not
been used in all cases of a byte shift operation, as it detracted from
the immediate readability or otherwise did not seem appropriate.

f00f152444 Add output size parameter to signature functions
The functions mbedtls_pk_sign(), mbedtls_pk_sign_restartable(),
mbedtls_ecdsa_write_signature() and mbedtls_ecdsa_write_signature_restartable()
now take an extra parameter indicating the size of the output buffer for the
signature.

No change to RSA because for RSA, the output size is trivial to calculate.

73c616bdc1 Put includes in alphabetical order
The library style is to start with the includes corresponding to the
current module and then the rest in alphabetical order. Some modules
have several header files (eg. ssl_internal.h).

The recently added error.h includes did not respect this convention and
this commit restores it. In some cases this is not possible just by
moving the error.h declarations. This commit fixes the pre-existing
order in these instances too.

67d42597a9 Avoid use of large stack buffers in mbedtls_x509_write_crt_pem()
This commit rewrites mbedtls_x509write_crt_pem() to not use
a statically size stack buffer to temporarily store the DER
encoded form of the certificate to be written.

This is not necessary because the DER-to-PEM conversion
accepts overlapping input and output buffers.

def4305168 Perform CRT writing in-place on the output buffer
The CRT writing routine mbedtls_x509write_crt_der() prepares the TBS
(to-be-signed) part of the CRT in a temporary stack-allocated buffer,
copying it to the actual output buffer at the end of the routine.

This comes at the cost of a very large stack buffer. Moreover, its size
must be hardcoded to an upper bound for the lengths of all CRTs to be
written through the routine. So far, this upper bound was set to 2Kb, which
isn't sufficient some larger certificates, as was reported e.g. in #2631.

This commit fixes this by changing mbedtls_x509write_crt_der() to write
the certificate in-place in the output buffer, thereby avoiding the use
of a statically sized stack buffer for the TBS.

Fixes #2631.
