Don't chdir when invoking a test suite executable with an explicit .datax
file. The point of the chdir is to automatically find the .datax file (and
the relative location of the data_files directory) in typical cases. This
conflicts with the expectation that passing a relative path to a .datax file
will work.
(This is what I had originally intended, and what is documented in the
comment, but I forgot to add the argc check in the initial commit.)

When running a test suite, try to change to the directory containing the
executable. This allows running a test suite from any directory, and still
allow it to access its .datax file as well as data files (generally in
tests/data_files) used by individual test cases.
Only implemented on Unix-like systems and on Windows.

Change the type of signed integer arguments from int32_t to intmax_t.
This allows the C code to work with test function arguments with a range
larger than int32_t. A subsequent commit will change the .datax generator
to support larger types.

For the benefit of auto-formatting tools, move from the '$placeholder'
templating syntax to a new syntax of the form:
__MBEDTLS_TEST_TEMPLATE__PLACEHOLDER
This change allows the test code template to be almost entirely valid C.

The previous implementation of the error addition interface did not comply
with the invasive testing architecture guidelines. This commit fixes that
by:
- Renaming functions/macros/variables to follow the mbedtls_error_xxx or
mbedtls_test_hook_xxx convention.
- Making mbedtls_test_hook_error_add a global variable that can be set
by the testing code.
- Using a static inline function call, as opposed to macro, to keep
discrepancies between debug and production version to a minimum.

Fix builds where `MBEDTLS_ERROR_C` is not defined but `MBEDTLS_TEST_HOOKS`

these builds.

`error.c` and error.h are the more logical place to keep this code and it
prevents issues with building `common.c` and conflicts with other projects
that use mbedtls (such as mbedOS).
`error.c` has been automatically generated by first adding the code to
`error.fmt` and then running `./scripts/generate_errors.pl`.
Also add parenthesis to the addition in `MBEDTLS_ERR_ADD`.

Fix building by adding `common.c` to the build scripts (both make and Cmake).
Also reworks the hook function pointer (also renamed to `err_add_hook`) to be
a static local to `common.c` with a setter function to set the pointer to a
checking function.

`error.c` is a file generated from `error.h` and thus cannot contain the code
that was previously added. This commit fixes that issue by moving the
`MBEDTLS_ERR_ADD` macro and associated function and function pointer into
`common.h` and `common.c`.
Also fix a typo in `tests/include/test/helpers.h` where tabs were accidentally
used instead of spaces.

Adds a macro (`MBEDTLS_ERR_ADD`) to add error codes together and check that the
result will not be corrupted. This additional check is only enabled during
testing when `MBEDTLS_TEST_HOOKS` is defined.
Also includes a reference usage example in `rsa.c` where two high-level error
codes could be incorrectly added together under the right conditions. This now
ensures that when this error occurs during testing it will be correctly
reported.

The primary goal of this commit is to fix various comments where
`clang -Wdocumentation` identified a discrepancy between the actual
function parameters and the documented parameters. The discrepancies
were due to copypasta, formatting issues or documentation that had
diverged from the implementation.

If the mutex usage verification framework is enabled and it detects a
mutex usage error, report this error and mark the test as failed.
This detects most usage errors, but not all cases of using
uninitialized memory (which is impossible in full generality) and not
leaks due to missing free (which will be handled in a subsequent commit).

Moves the functions `test_fail`, `test_set_step`, `test_skip` and the struct
`test_info` from `tests/suites/helpers.function` to `tests/src/helpers.*`.
This is done to open these functions up to the API where they can be used by
other functions in the 'src' test infrastructure module.
As the functions are now contained within the src folder of the testing
infrastructure, the `mbedtls_` prefix has been added to the functions.

To reduce the risk of people accidentally using the test
implementation of mbedtls_psa_external_get_random(), which is
insecure, require the user to explicitly call
mbedtls_test_enable_insecure_external_rng() first.
Disabling the test implementation of mbedtls_psa_external_get_random()
will also allow negative testing for MBEDTLS_PSA_CRYPTO_EXTERNAL_RNG,
which will be added in a subsequent commit.

When MBEDTLS_TEST_DEPRECATED is defined, run some additional tests to
validate deprecated PSA macros. We don't need to test deprecated
features extensively, but we should at least ensure that they don't
break the build.
Add some code to component_build_deprecated in all.sh to run these
tests with MBEDTLS_DEPRECATED_WARNING enabled. The tests are also
executed when MBEDTLS_DEPRECATED_WARNING and
MBEDTLS_DEPRECATED_REMOVED are both disabled.
Don't unconditionally enable PSA Crypto for all tests. Only enable it in
tests that require it. This allows crypto tests to check that
psa_crypto_init() fails when it is supposed to fail, since we want to
perform some action in a test, and then call psa_crypto_init() and check
the result without it having been called previously.
Additional changes to temporarily enable running tests:
ssl_srv.c and test_suite_ecdh use mbedtls_ecp_group_load instead of
mbedtls_ecdh_setup
test_suite_ctr_drbg uses mbedtls_ctr_drbg_update instead of
mbedtls_ctr_drbg_update_ret
Test suite header code was not gaurded with test suite dependency.
But some test suites have additional code in the headers section.
Variables in that section become unused if suite functions are
gaurded. Hence gaurded the headers section.
But this changed cuased missing types in get_expression() function
that was originally accessing types defined through suite headers.
Hence had to gaurd expressions code as well.
Gaurding expressions does not allow parsing the parameters when
some types or hash defs are gaurded. Hence added function
check_test() to check if test is allowed or not before parsing the
parameters.
