945b23c46f Include platform.h unconditionally: automatic part
We used to include platform.h only when MBEDTLS_PLATFORM_C was enabled, and
to define ad hoc replacements for mbedtls_xxx functions on a case-by-case
basis when MBEDTLS_PLATFORM_C was disabled. The only reason for this
complication was to allow building individual source modules without copying
platform.h. This is not something we support or recommend anymore, so get
rid of the complication: include platform.h unconditionally.

There should be no change in behavior since just including the header should
not change the behavior of a program.

This commit replaces most occurrences of conditional inclusion of
platform.h, using the following code:

```
perl -i -0777 -pe 's!#if.*\n#include "mbedtls/platform.h"\n(#else.*\n(#define (mbedtls|MBEDTLS)_.*\n|#include <(stdarg|stddef|stdio|stdlib|string|time)\.h>\n)*)?#endif.*!#include "mbedtls/platform.h"!mg' $(git grep -l '#include "mbedtls/platform.h"')
```

b26696bafb Simplify mbedtls_debug_print_mpi and fix the case of empty bignums
Rewrite mbedtls_debug_print_mpi to be simpler and smaller. Leverage
mbedtls_mpi_bitlen() instead of manually looking for the leading
zeros.

Fix #4608: the old code made an invalid memory dereference when
X->n==0 (freshly initialized bignum with the value 0).

9a969b66c1 Reduce code size when mbedtls_x509_*_info() unused
Introduce MBEDTLS_X509_INFO to indicate the availability of the
mbedtls_x509_*_info() function and closely related APIs. When this is
not defined, also omit name and description from
mbedtls_oid_descriptor_t, and omit OID arrays, macros, and types that
are entirely unused. This saves several KB of code space.

4e589701d8 Declare mbedtls_debug_print_msg as printf-like
We were not getting any warnings on printf format errors, as we do not
explicitly use printf anywhere in the code. Thankfully there is a way
to mark a function as having printf behaviour so that its inputs can be
checked in the same way as printf would be.

73c616bdc1 Put includes in alphabetical order
The library style is to start with the includes corresponding to the
current module and then the rest in alphabetical order. Some modules
have several header files (eg. ssl_internal.h).

The recently added error.h includes did not respect this convention and
this commit restores it. In some cases this is not possible just by
moving the error.h declarations. This commit fixes the pre-existing
order in these instances too.

948f4bedcc Debug: Add functions for ECDH contexts
The SSL module accesses ECDH context members directly to print debug
information. This can't work with the new context, where we can't make
assumptions about the implementation of the context. This commit adds
new debug functions to complete the encapsulation of the ECDH context
and work around the problem.

687c500da3 Return from debugging functions if SSL context is unset
The debugging functions
- mbedtls_debug_print_ret,
- mbedtls_debug_print_buf,
- mbedtls_debug_print_mpi, and
- mbedtls_debug_print_crt
return immediately if the SSL configuration bound to the
passed SSL context is NULL, has no debugging functions
configured, or if the debug threshold is below the debugging
level.
However, they do not check whether the provided SSL context
is not NULL before accessing the SSL configuration bound to it,
therefore leading to a segmentation fault if it is.
In contrast, the debugging function
- mbedtls_debug_print_msg
does check for ssl != NULL before accessing ssl->conf.

This commit unifies the checks by always returning immediately
if ssl == NULL.
