Fix doxygen documentation for CCM encryption
Fix valid tag length values for mbedtls_ccm_encrypt_and_tag() function. Add valid value ranges for mbedtls_ccm_auth_decrypt() parameters. Signed-off-by: Mathieu Briand <mbriand@witekio.com>
