improve test
- `grep '^flags' /proc/cpuino` does not work in my local machine inside script. - `make test programs/sleftest ` causes `strings | grep ` fail. For timebeing, I did not figure out the root cause. Signed-off-by: Jerry Yu <jerry.h.yu@arm.com>
