mbedtls_base64_decode()
mbedtls_mpi_write_string()

* In the NET module, all "int" and "int *" arguments for file descriptors
changed type to "mbedtls_net_context *".
* net_accept() gained new arguments for the size of the client_ip buffer.
* In the threading layer, mbedtls_mutex_init() and mbedtls_mutex_free() now
return void.
