PSA PAKE: Align macro names

In the key types API, PSA Crypto uses ECC to denote Elliptic curve
cryptography and DH to denote Finite Field Diffie-Hellman.

Change PSA_PAKE_PRIMITIVE_TYPE_XXX macros to be aligned.
