MSVC 2010 uses its own tr1 tuple.

Here is how to generate the MSVC solution and project files on Windows. Please, note that gyp-flag "--no-circular-check" is now required:

cd src\client\windows
del /s *.sln *.vcproj* *.vcxproj*
..\..\tools\gyp\gyp.bat --no-circular-check breakpad_client.gyp
