cpu_info: Add CPU Name, Family, compact output
...
Compacts and formats the output a bit to be much more
concise. Sorts CPU features by alphabetical order. Mostly
to speed up `HostFeature` testing.

Same behavior, but makes it non-allocating by using a constexpr
std::array instead of a std::vector.
