Fix minidump on ChromeOS

Chrome somehow changed the memory mapping with hugepage enabled.
This makes the hack in CrOSPostProcessMappings more general.

BUG=chromium:793452
TEST=with this patch on Chromium,
         minidump_dump *dmp shows the right information on chrome
