nixos/opensmtpd: Add missing brackets in config (#138989)
* nixos/opensmtpd: Add missing brackets in config

Without this commit, you end up missing the sendmail suid wrapper,
because the "program" attribute would not override the right thing.

* Update nixos/modules/services/mail/opensmtpd.nix
