Rename files in `bootstrap-files/` to match jobs in `make-bootstrap-tools-cross`.
Should make automating the bootstrap files easier.

Additionally if non-linux bootstrap files are added to
`make-bootstrap-tools-cross` then there won't be any renaming needed.
