In line with the Nixpkgs manual.
A mechanical change, done with this command:

I manually skipped some:
* Descriptions starting with an abbreviation, a user name or package name
* Frequently generated expressions (haskell-packages.nix)
Fixes this:
$ nix-env -f . -qa '*' --meta --xml --drv-path --show-trace

Also, "matthewbauer" is not defined in ./lib/maintainers.nix, comment
out.

d078fe1e9c.
Just use "fetchFromGitHub" because that seems to be more
reliable. Still unclear what the actual issue was but
I'm thinking this will fix it. At least, this will
put it more in line with other packages.
