4a7f99d55d treewide: with stdenv.lib; in meta -> with lib;
Part of: https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/issues/108938

meta = with stdenv.lib;

is a widely used pattern. We want to slowly remove
the `stdenv.lib` indirection and encourage people
to use `lib` directly. Thus let’s start with the meta
field.

This used a rewriting script to mostly automatically
replace all occurances of this pattern, and add the
`lib` argument to the package header if it doesn’t
exist yet.

The script in its current form is available at

2cb01fb4ea xvkbd: 3.8 -> 3.9
Semi-automatic update generated by https://github.com/ryantm/nix-update tools. These checks were done:

- built on NixOS
- Warning: no binary found that responded to help or version flags. (This warning appears even if the package isn't expected to have binaries.)
- found 3.9 with grep in /nix/store/254qz2nmlqkyzn1hv598i5y9spx50wji-xvkbd-3.9
- found 3.9 in filename of file in /nix/store/254qz2nmlqkyzn1hv598i5y9spx50wji-xvkbd-3.9

bd01fad0ed Captialize meta.description of all packages
In line with the Nixpkgs manual.

A mechanical change, done with this command:

  find pkgs -name "*.nix" | \
      while read f; do \
          sed -e 's/description\s*=\s*"\([a-z]\)/description = "\u\1/' -i "$f"; \
      done

I manually skipped some:

* Descriptions starting with an abbreviation, a user name or package name
* Frequently generated expressions (haskell-packages.nix)
