Semi-automatic update. These checks were performed:
- built on NixOS
- found 1.3.2 with grep in /nix/store/s7iwmkbdw6lhkbiqb91r9j0crqqagc7v-libdvbpsi-1.3.2
- found 1.3.2 in filename of file in /nix/store/s7iwmkbdw6lhkbiqb91r9j0crqqagc7v-libdvbpsi-1.3.2
Some of the original URLs were broken now.
It seems that set of mirrors is preferred and faster than the others.
In the x264 case the source isn't there so http://download.videolan.org
is used instead.
