5ebdee3577 * Continued refactoring the tree: moved most Upstart jobs (namely 
those that run daemons) to modules/services.  This probably broke
  some things since there are a few relative paths in modules
  (e.g. imports of system/ids.nix).
* Moved some PAM modules out of etc/pam.d to the directories of NixOS
  modules that use them.

8237528c4a samba job: put each daemon into its own job file 
use start/stop samba-control to start/stop them all

You can enable syncing samba passwords when using passwd as well now.
However you still have to add a user to the samba user database once
using smbpasswd -a username.

730244f13d lshd: Use `lsh-pam-checkpw' as the password helper program. 
This finally allows users to log in using password authentication.

088b09f401 * Move most bash initialisation to /etc/bashrc. Now finally ssh

bf1033d2cb Added Gateway6 upstart-job and options for it. Sudo configuration for PAM 
is added (it is needed anyway), but still only NOPASSWD entries work.

1f1db4c48f * Use pam_console to change the ownership of various devices (sound, 
CD-ROM drive, etc.) to the logged in user.  Woohoo!  Finally, no
  more chown /dev/snd/*.
* Get rid of spurious error messages about pam_ldap when we're not
  using LDAP.
