Since version 5 `hoogle server`s --local flag solves the problem with links from
`http:` to `file:` URIs:
hoogle server --local -p 8080
Setting haskell.packageOverrides like so:
haskell = super.haskell // {
packageOverrides = self: super: {
my-package = ...;
my-other-package = ...;
};
};
causes all compiler-specific package sets to be overridden with those
overrides.
